This short Bible study and brief training will help cast vision and equip for the role of host: how hosts can learn to see those outside the community and create spaces for non-Christians along the Belong-Engage-Commit ramp.

Sara Kwon serves as the Associate Director of Coaching and Resources for Asian American Ministries. A 4th generation Japanese American and 3rd generation Chinese American from Los Angeles, she longs for healing, liberating, and dignifying (i.e. good) news for Asian Americans. She holds an MA in Theology and Ministry from Fuller Seminary.

Jamie Ladipo serves as the Associate National Director of Evangelism. She first got involved with InterVarsity at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA where she decided to follow Jesus. After graduation she moved to Kansas to begin planting InterVarsity in the state. She now lives in Minneapolis, MN with her husband Paul and son Toby.
