Anna Lee-Winans

Anna serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives in InterVarsity's Graduate and Faculty Ministry. She has the joy of innovating and strategizing with staff, students, and faculty around the country to follow Jesus. A second generation Chinese American born and raised in NYC, Anna was a social worker in a pediatric AIDS clinic before serving with InterVarsity. She has both a MSW and BA from NYU. She lives in Queens, NY with her husband and two daughters. Anna enjoys eating adventures with gracious people.

Conflict is complex and a normal part of life. If you have conflict in your small group, it’s a good sign that your group is safe enough to have tension. Conflict, when addressed and resolved, grows the small group closer and healthier, as well as helps everyone in the group mature in emotional and spiritual health. This will help that process.
