Prepare Together

A 5-part guided series where you and your community will learn to respond to the Holy Spirit’s presence and power. In each session, you will learn about an anchor concept of God’s presence, and you will have a chance to experience the Holy Spirit together as a group.
Prayer walks are a great way to encounter God on a new campus and explore what God's doing there. Prayer walks help us step out of what's familiar and embrace a posture of curiosity, humility, and expectancy. This resource will help you lead a prayer walk.
Before we plan barbecues and welcome tables to meet new students & faculty, we have a great opportunity to spiritually prepare for New Student Outreach. This guide will help as you gather your ministry partners to pray for your campuses.
If you’re starting something new on your campus or are replanting a chapter then one of your first steps is to gather a community of partners. The Partnership Gathering Worksheet will help you gather a community around the vision of starting something new. This worksheet will guide you through a series of activities to help you encounter God, identify the gifts that you bring together, and begin to explore your networks.

Engage the Campus

When we meet new students, we don’t just want to recruit them to join our club, we want to help them encounter Jesus and empower them into their network of relationships on campus! The Call to Mission Bible study can help you do just that. This short Bible study on Matthew 9:35-38 can help you and other interested students discern God's invitation and think through your connections on campus.
This 5-week God-Investigation Group (GIG) series includes compelling illustrations, guided discussion, and application questions. Each study also has an accompanying leader's guide with community building suggestions, questions for going deeper, and other leadership insights.
Do you already love using the Encounters with Jesus Series? Want to apprentice other students to lead simple impactful Bible studies too? This supplemental guide will help you empower an apprentice as you pass off more and more leadership over the course of the 5-week Encounters with Jesus series.
Everything you do on campus with InterVarsity is an opportunity to empower new students! This resource will give you ideas and practical tools to share leadership, develop apprentices, and create a culture of empowerment.
