Diverse Worship Matters is an interactive workbook to help your ministry see the value of diverse worship and to offer practical tools and training experiences to put it into practice.

Designed with both musicians and non-musicians in mind, this workbook can be used in a variety of contexts: worship teams, leadership teams, large group planning teams, and even small groups.

Andy Kim serves as the Multiethnic Resource Director for InterVarsity Multiethnic Initiatives and Associate Director for InterVarsity Creative Labs.

He is passionate about the intersection between ministry, technology, and innovation as well as developing resources to equip students, faculty, staff, and alumni to reach people of every ethnicity and culture with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He previously served as the director of intercultural development at Trinity International University, a campus minister at Northwestern University, and as part of the worship team for the Urbana 12 Student Missions Conference.

He holds an MDIV from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a BA from Northwestern University, and lives in Urbana, IL with his wife, Madeline, and son, Joseph.
